EDITH, by Nora Wendl, Opens at Swarthmore

Associate Professor of Architecture, Nora Wendl, presents the exhibition, EDITH, which opened at Swarthmore College's List Gallery on Thursday, January 19th. This exhibition is on view until February 25.
The exhibition is an installation of films, photographs, and works on paper that represent nearly two decades of Wendl's embodied engagement with the historical, architectural, and archival elements of the Edith Farnsworth House and Dr. Farnsworth's history. This exhibition approaches the telling of history as non-linear, potentially anti-biographical and auto-theoretical, placing Wendl's lived experiences alongside Farnsworth's as she inhabits archives, the glass house, and memory to reconstruct this place. @listgallery @norawendl @edithfarnsworthhouse
