MCRP Student Boney Mutabazi elected as GPSA President

The University of New mexico School of Architecture + Planning would like to extend our congrtualations to Master of Community + Regional Planning student, Boney Mutabazi, the new president of the UNM Graduate and Professional Student Association (UNM GPSA).
Mr. Mutabazi ran his campaign on a platform of diversity and inclusion, and to pro,mote a solidarity amongst the graduate students who study at the UNiversity of New Mexico. As an international Student, Mr. Mutabazi provides a unique perspective on the graduate student experience here at UNM.
Mr. Mutabazi is currently pursuing a Master of Community + Regional Planning at UNM SA+P. Previously, Mr. Mutabazi has earned a Master of Science in Health informatics from the University of Rwanda. Mr. Mutabazi has been involved with the UNM GPSA as a volunteer for the organization since the Fall of 2017.
