Research
Tina Ruiz is a scholar of community wellness and practitioner of public health, utilizing data-driven planning methods to identify tangible solutions to complex challenges. As the sole proprietor of a small consulting company, she works with communities to improve their capacity to address health outcomes. Interwoven throughout her approach is an emphasis on empowering the strengths of others to achieve common goals by utilizing diverse knowledge and facts to fully assess a situation and identify respectful, sustainable solutions. Tina has worked in the private, non-profit, government, and higher-education sectors, having the privilege of serving communities across all 33 counties in New Mexico.
