UNM Architecture Ranked #3 in Affordability in the U.S.

The new U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard has good news for the UNM Architecture Program.   Among universities with a bachelors degree in architecture, the University of New Mexico is ranked #3 in the country for affordability.  The ranking is based upon ‘average annual cost’ to attend UNM for a bachelors degree.  UNM is just behind the University of Puerto Rico and CUNY City College. The scorecard does not rank the cost of graduate programs, but the tuition for UNM graduate architecture students is just slightly higher than undergraduate tuition, and any future graduate scorecard would certainly put UNM in a similar place.

(Note: Associates degrees are included in this system, so we have removed one associates architecture program ranked above UNM because a two year associates degree is not comparable to a four year bachelors degree.)
