Kristina Werenko’s passion for landscape architecture – the wonderful fusion of creativity and science, people and places, form and function – makes her excited for the opportunity to be a part-time adjunct lecturer in the Landscape Architecture Program at The University of New Mexico. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from The University of New Mexico School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture. As a student and recent graduate Kristina won three international and national design competitions. She is a licensed landscape architect and has worked at MRWM Landscape Architects in Albuquerque, NM for eight years. At MRWM she acts as project manager on a variety of projects for public and private clients. Her projects include campus renovations, streetscape design, public parks, and multi-family housing projects. Kristina teaches Construction Document for Landscape Architects.
