UNM School of Architecture & Planning hosts “Bridging Communities” exhibition Nov. 5-26

The University of New Mexico School of Architecture & Planning (SA+P) hosts Bridging Communities: 50+ Years of Community-Engaged Scholarship at SA+P, an exhibition highlighting the school’s decades-long legacy of collaborative design, research and public engagement.
The Bridging Communities exhibition celebrates SA+P’s lasting partnerships across New Mexico, emphasizing the power of community-centered design, planning and scholarship in shaping more equitable and sustainable futures.
The exhibition will be on view Nov. 5–26 in the Rainosek Gallery and features Past, Present, Possible: The DPAC Story, a showcase of the Design and Planning Assistance Center’s (DPAC) 56-year history. Additional works include projects by Associate Professor Moises Gonzales, both within and beyond the Resource Center for Raza Planning (RCRP), as well as contributions from Indigenous Design Studios and DPAC-led initiatives. Indigenous Design and Planning Institute (iD+Pi) will also be displayed.
